Corner clamp
thingiverse
A compact corner clamp for securely joining components up to 15mm in thickness. This tool necessitates two M5x50mm screws and two M3x4mm set screws fitted into the thumbwheels. Optionally, a hex key can be used from within the corner angle to tighten the jaws. It is essential that the end of each screw be flattened so that it securely engages with the setscrew; alternatively, tapping a hole for the setscrew or attaching the thumbwheel with adhesive will suffice. Drilling holes for the screws to 5.0 or 5.5mm may prove necessary to achieve optimal performance. Print Specifications Raft: Not Applicable Supports: Not Required Notes: A suitable print setup includes layer heights of 0.25, four perimeter shells and top/bottom layers with a honeycomb infill of 15% solid material.
