Corner clamp
cults3d
A compact corner clamp is designed for joining pieces up to 15mm thick. Two M5x50mm screws and two M3x4mm set screws on thumbwheels are required. Alternatively, jaws can be tightened from the inside of the corner angle using an Allen key. The end of each screw needs to be flattened so that a setscrew can secure the thumbwheel in place. A hole for the setscrew must be tapped, or alternatively, the thumbwheel can be glued firmly into position. It may be necessary to drill out the screw holes to 5 or 5.5 mm to ensure smooth operation.
