Corner Cat Groomer

Corner cat groomer - stick it to a wall corner and your cat will rub against it, giving them a reason to purr. Or maybe they'll ignore it completely, that's just being a typical cat.\r\n\r\nUpdate (11/20/2018): My mischievous feline friend has given the corner cat groomer their seal of approval!\r\nUpdate (11/21/2018): I've added a new version that attaches to the wall instead of just the corner, giving you more flexibility.\r\nUpdate (11/24/2018): Now you can choose from versions with and without the cutout in the sacrificial wall, all thanks to the parametric SCAD file that lets you produce either one.\r\n\r\nThe brush bristles are printed as bridges, much like those "hairy" prints. A sacrificial wall surrounds the entire print, supporting the other end of each bridge. The SCAD file is fully parametric: adjust the height, radius, and bristle length to suit your needs. Don't forget to set the layer height and line width correctly for perfect bridge generation. The STL includes a brim for the sacrificial wall.\r\n\r\nPrinting takes some time but isn't complicated. Post-processing requires patience, though - you'll need to carefully cut off the sacrificial wall using a sharp knife or scissors. Take your time, as rushing it can lead to broken bristles, like I learned the hard way. I tested the corner cat groomer in PLA, but PETG should work even better, offering less brittleness and a hint of flexibility.
