I previously constructed a custom 3D printer featuring 30mm Bosch rails and utilized Bosch corner brackets. However, after successfully operating the device, I decided to create my own unique brackets. The initial design was crafted in Solidworks; however, Slic3r exhibited compatibility issues. Nevertheless, running the model through Netfabb Cloud Service (no affiliation) resolved these concerns. To ensure flawless printing, export the design in millimeters despite rendering it in inches. Subsequently, use Slic3r to slice the file and print it via Pronterface.
