Corner Bracket for Wyze Cam Pan Screw Wall Mount by Carbonesque This adapter block fits standard 90-degree interior/exterior walls and maintains a channel for cable management. It has thru-holes that line up with the original screw holes in the wall mount, allowing you to screw the wall mount directly into this corner bracket. Alternatively, you could sink two long screws into them and mount the corner bracket as well. The adapter block also features two pocket recessed thru-holes for mounting it securely into the corner. The screw holes are offset, placing the screws outside of the standard interior metal corner piece and into the paper tape. To install, run the cable through the corner adapter first, then mount it to the wall using the offset pocket screw holes. Next, run the cable through the pan-cam mount and attach the pan cam mount to the adapter. The model has built-in support for cable management overhang, which can be easily snapped off when needed. This corner bracket was printed with Hatchbox PLA for interior use, using a 20% cubic infil setting and a .28 layer height. The print took just one hour on an Ender 3 pro, increasing the speed since it will be hidden in a corner. If cosmetics are a concern, adjust the settings accordingly - prints nicely in under 2.5 hours with default settings. The design has been updated to include V4, featuring larger holes for power cords that didn't fit with the original design. A .obj file is also included, allowing you to manipulate the design as needed. A flattened surface has been added to the recessed pocket in version V6. Additionally, countersunk holes have been incorporated into the recessed pockets for using wood screws during wall mounting. Wood screws of #6 seem to work well. The bracket's attachment holes have also been enlarged from 2mm to 3mm, with #3 wood screws working equally as well.
