You can find numerous corner brackets on Thingiverse, but my printer, a DX-U649 ifancybox model, has an unusual gantry that extends beyond the standard 20mm extrusion profile. To accommodate this unique setup, I had to design and print my own custom bracket. The new bracket should fit snugly over the corner where the extrusion beams intersect, requiring some sanding to ensure a precise fit. Once in place, two T-slot nuts will slide underneath for added stability.
