Modified Z axis for Tops Heavy CNC Thingiverse

Modified Z axis for Tops Heavy CNC

Thingiverse PhotoMarti Free 3D Printable

Z Axis cart for Tops Heavy CNC build, there was always space behind the this cart which let the Z-axis move.I had added shims behind the cart but then I found someone had remade a longer cart for mare stability so I used this and add 3 shims to the back of the cart. The cart is now very stable and does not move at all.I was finally running 2mm DOC at 2000mpm at 16000rpm through an Ash Cookie.Printed at 5walls and 5 top and bottom.I sanded inside the bearing holes prior to pressing them in.
