Corner Brace
thingiverse
I'm building my own enclosure right now, and I thought it would be helpful to share how I did mine. I made a mock-up using thick corrugated paper (cardboard) and used those on the corners to hold things in place. I drilled bolt holes in them (1/4-20) so when I build my final project from polycarbonate, I can firmly secure everything by sandwiching the sheets between the tabs and bolting through. These are designed for 1/4" material, but you can use a thinner material by wedging something between whatever it is you're using (cardboard, wood, polycarbonate) and the brace. You'll need to add a washer or something similar so they don't break when you tighten them down. Being threaded on only the inside of the brace would allow the use of glass as well by using a set-screw in the threads and pinching the glass between the end of the set screw and the outer wall of the brace. The same goes if you didn't want to drill through your brand new and over-inflated polycarb. I recommend a minimum 50% fill if you're considering this method, and you may even want to consider using something other than PLA. Enjoy!
