An angle for corners designed with BySoft 7 / Solid Works. I designed this as a 4 part pack for medium batch size production. The single part file is also uploaded here.The POC simulation was done on an Xpert 40/1030, I could not find any particular difficult points for the bending but maybe the mircojoints needs to be changed according to your needs.
