I'm constructing a table and small workbench out of some 3/8in aluminum extrusions I salvaged from my workplace. Rather than purchasing corner brackets, I decided to design and print them myself. They're currently being printed on the Ultimaker, so I'll capture some photos of the finished product once they're completed. Printing time does vary depending on the infill percentage, but I'm in no hurry. When finished, they will be secured to the extrusions with 1/4-20 thru bolts. Photos of the completed project will be uploaded online shortly.
