Update 9/10/2016 Just added a brand new version to complete the initial one with narrow shoulders on the interior faces to prevent rotation. Extremely easy to print. No special recommendation is required. I've tried it out with ABS (the green part). Found it a very good alternative to PETG (the yellow part). Very sturdy corners were used to experiment with the rigidity of the structure built with extruded aluminum bars 2020 in t-slot type. Completed with an angle bracket http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1826935 Corner for t-slot 2020 aluminum bars. (20x20 mm) Screws used: 20mm M6 round head (Allen-type) Head screw diameter = 10mm Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3mm Infill: 100% Notes: PETG / ABS No need for support. IMHO, don't waste your time with PLA for this kind of part.
