Cornelius keg ball lock hose flusher
thingiverse
This keeps the poppet valve open, seals and allows the hose to be flushed; I required two of each for my keg transfer lines with an inlet or outlet on both ends. The black version has a 15.5mm diameter body and the white is 16mm in diameter. There is a small 0.5mm deep groove near the top for an O ring; however, it will probably not be large enough. I left it more as a guide so you can cut a larger O ring slot with the edge of a square file, or a nail file if you have time, or teeth if you want. With the O ring in place, it actually seals, and I had issues getting water through it without the seal in place. If you find that you cannot push the thing in far enough to get the balls to lock, then use a screwdriver to deepen the hole for the pin in the top. It should be okay, as it only opens the valve about 1mm. DesignSpark Mechanical files are included if you want to modify.
