I used a SKR 1.4 with TMC 2209 drivers, 3D Touch, Sensorless Homing, and Standard Filament Sensor. The TMC 2209 V1.2 drivers required cutting the Diag Pin at the Z and E driver; I left it on for X and Y because I use sensorless homing. To push 4.5KG up at 1.0V Vref and 1200mA in SW limited, I used a driver for two Z steppers. All four drivers have a Vref of 1.0V. Config Hardware Fan Hotend on Fan1 Fan Component cooling Fan0 3D touch on servo and sample Temp Hotend TH0 Temp Headbed TB Filament Sensor E0DE Headblock Nozzle HE0 This step only needs to be done in Marlin 2.0.5; as of Marlin 2.0.7, you can activate the Z Probe instead of the Z Endstop. Attention: The Marlin config works only with a touch sensor because of Conditionals_LCD.h. If you have a custom probe pin, remove the comment on line 586 or rewrite it to use a normal Z endstop again. It's essential to change these things in ADV.h for your printer: Line 2327 #define SENSORLESS_HOMING // StallGuard capable drivers only Adjust X and Y sensitivity by starting with 255 and then decreasing by 10 steps until it works partially; make only one or two steps at a time. With Config.h, you have to set the usual things like mainboard printer size switch steps/mm and all that for your printer. That was a lot of work, and I hope this is useful.
