CoreXY Frame (v.2.0)
grabcad
The CoreXY Frame prototype features printable parts based on FABtotum's concept, eliminating belt crossing. The actual STL can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138286. For the CoreXY Frame v.2.0, an Extruder Mount is required (v.1.0). The v.1.0 CoreXY Frame uses 20x20 aluminum profile with a 6mm slot. You will also need 3 MGN12 linear rails and their corresponding MGN12-H carriage blocks (http://ali.pub/vnk2s). For MGN9 rail, search for "v2_MGN9_bot_plate" with an X value of XML+80mm to determine the desired work area length. GT2 6mm belts are needed, with length depending on the area, and calculations can be found in the provided picture. You will also require 2 GT2 pulleys (20 teeth each), 16 F694ZZ ball bearings, and 4 internal L-joints of 2020 size.
