Printable parts for the CoreXY Frame based on the concept from FABtotum, minus crossing belts. Prototype not tested yet. CAD files can be found at https://grabcad.com/library/corexy-frame-v-1-0-1 and version 2.0 is available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138286. Extruder parts are also included in the prototype, but again, have not been tested yet - see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1850392 for details. The frame requires a 20x20 aluminum profile with a 6mm slot, one MGN linear rail (MGN9 or MGN12), two Ø10 mm linear rods, one GT2 6mm belt (length dependent on work area - see the picture for calculations), two GT2 pulleys with 20 teeth each, and four SK10 support blocks. Additionally, two LM10LUU linear bearings and sixteen F694ZZ ball bearings are needed. The frame also includes four 2020 internal L-joints. Print Settings: Rafts are required, supports are also necessary, and the minimum resolution is 0.2+. Infill must be at least 50%, and ABS or HIPS materials can be used for printing.
