CoreXY carriage

CoreXY carriage

I designed a CoreXY 3D printer carriage that meets my specific needs, and I engineered it myself. Since I'm utilizing a Bowden setup, my carriage is extruder-free. The design includes fixed points for belts at the front and belt tensioner guides at the back. The carriage is secured to Chinese MGN12 rail guides, which provide smooth movement. Additionally, I've included a bed level sensor holder that accommodates an industrial-grade inductive sensor. I fabricated the carriage from PLA, and it works flawlessly even when the extruder temperature reaches 210-240 degrees Celsius. However, for optimal results, I recommend using ABS or PTFE instead of PLA to prevent melting issues with printers that have covers.
