First I want to express my gratitude to those friends who assisted me with this design, as they helped me overcome a significant obstacle. The primary objective of this design is to create a large printer at an affordable price point. Some of the dimensions for the parts will be included in the Assembly drawing, which can be found within the package. I will also share all of the original files designed using SolidWorks, allowing you to modify them as needed. I hope you enjoy this design, and I welcome any suggestions or improvements you may have. There are certainly some areas where my design could be refined further. If you have any ideas for enhancements, please feel free to implement them! This design has been in use for half a year now, and I believe it is a solid effort. The diameter of the screw (T8) and optical axis both measure 8mm, while the linear bearings are LM8UU units. For the idler, I simply used two 623 bearings, secured by two M3 screws without nuts. If you decide to use a different bed, however, you will need to redesign the holder accordingly.
