COREXY 3D printer design
thingiverse
First, I want to express my gratitude to those friends who helped me with this design - they were instrumental in solving a major problem. The primary objective of this design is to create a large printer at an affordable price point. You can find the dimensions of some parts in the Assembly drawing included in the package. Additionally, I will share all the original files designed using SolidWorks, allowing you to modify them as needed. I hope you enjoy this design and appreciate its benefits. However, please note that there are still some issues with my design. If you have any brilliant ideas or suggestions, feel free to implement them! This design has been in use for half a year now, and I'm confident it's effective. The diameter of the screw (T8) and optical axis are both 8mm, while the linear bearings are LM8UU. For the idler, I've used 623 bearings, and the bed measures 310*310*3mm. If you decide to use a different bed, you'll need to redesign the holder accordingly. The idler holder is secured using two M3 screws without nuts.
