I Simplified Slicing with Custom G-Code M801. This Printer Performs Exceptionally Well. Current Focus Is on Enhancing Dual Extrusion, Improving Vertical Movement, and Enhanced High Sensor Placement. Download STL Files for Modified Parts and the Upgraded SketchUp File. Note: I've incorporated the LCD Case from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250, featuring a custom holder (included). Key Additions: 1) Dual Relay Circuit for Remote Control via Octopi Print Server. 2) Raspberry Pi 2 B with Separate Power Supply (Using Samsung Phone USA Plug Powersupply) 3) IEC320 Power and Fuse Connector. 4) Momentary Switch for Instant Printer Startup Without the RPi. The PowerBox STL has Been Added. Review Sketchup Components for Source URL Credits. Not Pleased with Current PowerBox Design but it is Functional. G-Code: Upon RAMPS 1.4 power-up via RPi USB, the Relay Auto-Magnetizes, Turning it On (Unless M80 Sent to Disable). Useful G-Code Examples can be Found Online by Searching for Ramps PS_ON or Octoprint M80... Key Components to Replace: * Dual Extruder Utilizes Short Linear Bearing LM8UU, So Install 4 in Place of the Two. Note on Auto-Leveling Sensor Placement: Obstructive and Reducing Printing Volume. Updated RAMPS Configuration Features Fan Extension and Auto-Levelling Integration (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/252106458206) Coolant Fan Temperature Threshold Set to 50C (100% PWM). Individual fan Output Configured for Cooling both Extruders. Other Output Linked to 40mm Cooling Fan. Different Fans Utilized. Replacement Extruders Purchased at Approximately $10 on eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181696987926) Upgraded Z-Screw Utilizes Higher Quality Option http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321843276976 for Smooth Operation ($8 with included Nut), Highly Recommended
