Introducing my custom CoreXY 3D printer with a bowden setup and a large 300x300x280mm build volume! Measuring 58x51x51cm, it features SFU1204 ballscrew for the Z-axis, synchromesh cables, and guitar tensioning mechanisms. The X-axis utilizes a 10mm rod while the Y-axis boasts a 12mm rod. My design was inspired by Chris Burger's anti-intersection iteration and Bukobot Vanilla V2 from Diego Porqueras. Most parts are sourced from Aliexpress, Misumi, or custom made with laser-cut aluminum components. Once assembled, I will share a Bill of Materials (BOM) along with the custom part files, ensuring proper cable alignment. Your feedback and insights on this project would be greatly appreciated! Additionally, I am currently seeking employment opportunities.
