CorEssentials is an open source corexy 3D printer designed for high-performance printing. - The build volume measures 240 mm x 250 mm x 250 mm, providing ample space for complex prints. - A versatile hotend featuring E3D V6 0.4mm (Bowden & direct available) ensures a wide range of filament compatibility. - The extruder is equipped with the Bondtech BMG, a robust and reliable choice for smooth printing experiences. - The built plate consists of Magnetic Spring Steel with PEI or Pertinax, offering excellent thermal conductivity and print quality. - A high-performance heated bed utilizing a 230V, 600W silicone heater reaches temperatures up to 120°C, ideal for various filaments. - Connectivity options include a 7" Touchscreen, USB, and Ethernet, allowing seamless integration with various devices. - Advanced bed leveling is achieved through hardware bed leveling with 4 independent motors, ensuring precise control over print quality. - A filament runout sensor detects and alerts the user to potential issues during printing. - The printer features a completely enclosed print volume with active temperature regulation and passive heated chamber (through heated bed), LED illumination, providing a controlled environment for optimal prints. - CorEssentials is open to all filaments, accommodating diameters of 1.75mm. - Supported filaments include ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, PETG, PLA, PP, HIPS, and many more, with the option to use carbon and particle-filled filaments with different toolheads. - The controller utilizes a Duet 2 Maestro with a total of 7 stepper drivers, ensuring precise control over the printing process. - A KEENOVO 230V 600W heater powers the heated bed. - Power is supplied by a Meanwell 24V 10A power supply. - Coldend cooling is achieved through a 2510 axial fan. - Part cooling utilizes two 3510 blower fans. - Chamber filtration employs a 6025 axial fan. - Electronics are cooled using two 6025 axial fans. - Linear motion relies on CE MGN9H for xy gantry and 10mm rods for z, ensuring smooth movement during printing. - The z-axis is belt-driven for added precision. - CorEssentials is completely open source, with all Fusion 360 files and .stp assembly available online.
