Revamped CoreXY Printer (Beta Version); aluminum bed construction. Separate hot end and extruder setup. Key features include 12 pieces of 20x20x300mm aluminum frame, 4 x OD8x300mm guide shafts for X/Y axes, 2 x ID10x300mm guide shafts for Z-axis, 1 M8x300mm read screw for Z, and 8 LM8UU linear bushes for X/Y, with 4 LM10UU bushes for the Z. Other components include 4 x W683ZZ idler bearings (3x8x4), 4 x MXL timing pulleys with a belt guide width of 4mm, and a 3.2mm wide timing belt measuring approximately 2 meters in length. Additional parts comprise 1 coupling with an ID of 5-8, 2 thrust bearings (F8-16M), along with bolts and nuts. Aluminum DXF files and pictures were added on September 15th, 2013, with a test print video available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXWLBJaBg0g also uploaded on the same date. An extruder was added on September 17th, featuring a gear with m=0.5 and Z=24, bearing 625VV, and spring usage. However, it is under review due to insufficient rigidity in the Y-axis. A parts update (V2_parts) was made on September 21st, 2013.
