Here's an abstract proposal for a cost-effective design of a fully functional ventilator to help combat the COVID-19 epidemic, particularly in developing countries. The ventilator is designed to use readily available components and can be constructed from 12mm (1/2") sheet material, with a prototype already built using compact laminate. This innovative system employs a novel feature utilizing the bellows system to provide PEEP - for further clarification, please refer to the accompanying PDF.
