CORE A8 square tubing 45 degree stabilizer
thingiverse
My rectangular steel frame was vibrating violently at high print speeds, which could have been resolved with adjustments to acceleration and jerk settings. However, I created this stabilizer bracket instead, utilizing two of these components and a length of steel tubing to triangulate and rigidify the frame. Through holes are 3mm in diameter, although I employed self-tapping pan head screws directly into the aluminum.
