The clamps that secure many parts to the Core A8 steel pipe have been reimagined to require only two screws/nuts for installation. This innovative design also ensures a snug fit without any additional fasteners, allowing it to hold its position while you attach other components. The clamp is specifically engineered to work seamlessly with 1"/25mm square tubing, which has been thoroughly tested on steel materials. Two distinct methods can be used for installation: placing the clamp above or below another object and sliding it into place, or snapping the "hook" part onto the object and securing it firmly. However, users may experience some difficulty when working with tight tolerances. The clamp was printed using PLA with a 0.2mm layer thickness, three perimeter layers, and 20% gyroid infill for added strength.
