Cordless Electric Screwdriver/Drill Holder for IKEA SKÅDIS Mounting Boards

This is a mount or holder for Cordless Electric Screwdrivers/Drills to be used to mount them to an IKEA SKÅDIS mounting board. This one is specifically made for a "HOTO Brushless Drill", but it might work with other brands/models too, see the customize section below. <h3>Design</h3> This is a very simple design. The body consists of two cylindrical holes, the top one being 54mm and the bottom one being 41mm. If these dimensions do not work with your screwdriver, please message me to edit the model for you, or change it yourself using the available Fusion 360 file. <h3>Customize</h3> To customize this part, download and open the Fusion 360 file. Open the parameters window, and change the values for "UpperDiameter" and "LowerDiameter" to their new values. Please do not forget to add a tolerance. There is a pre-existing tolerance variable which has a default value of 0.8mm, cleverly named "Tolerance". The model also has a couple of more parameters if you'd wish to change them. <h3>Print</h3> - Print the model upside down. See the last picture for reference. - Supports are needed for a small piece of the hook. I recommend using automatic tree supports. - This model does not need to have 100% infill, but make sure to atleast have thick walls to ensure the hook can hold the weight. - Use brim if you have bad adhesion, otherwise try to avoid it. The model in the pictures was printed using a Bambulab X1C at 0.12mm resolution, 100% infill, no brim, tree supports. Total time, including calibration, was 44 minutes.
