I'm looking at an adapter plug designed specifically for use with Black & Decker 14.4V cordless drill battery packs. It slides right onto the battery pack, no disassembly required. This way, you can still charge it using the original charging adapter while keeping your project going. I was having trouble getting wires to stay attached to the prongs on my battery pack so I created a female adapter plug that makes quick work of this problem.
