My project is made to hold pencils,sharpies,pens,dry erase markers,calculator,phone,post it notes and anything you want in the trays,slandered size notebook paper,two usb spots,and scissors. Personally I think that all of these items are helpful to a student because they can help with math, ela, and any other class. They can have there pencils,sharpies,pens,dry erase markers in front of them to use and they can have tools like a calculator and rulers for math and science. Some of the issues I had were lining the shapes up so they were flush and another problem I had was making sure if someone wanted to print it it could be printable. If I could redesign my design I would make my design able to hold more items and more stuff that an adult would need along with more stuff a student might need. 3D printing would make my design fast and easy to print also it could be what I wanted it to look like and hold things I wanted it to.
