Cord Wrap with Wall Outlet and Surface Mount Box

This is a cord wrap, which I designed for a woodworking project of mine. It features a wall outlet for a main power cord with up to 14mm diameter. I used a 3 x 2.5 sqmm cable. For the entire assembly you will need the following metal parts: Wood screws: - Six Spax 4x30mm screws (to mount the cord wrap wings) - Two Spax 4x20mm screws (to mount the surface mount box) Machine screws: - Four Pan head M4x18mm screws (to mount the surface mount cover to the corpus) - Two Pan head M4x18mm screws (to mount the strain relief) Nuts: - Four M4 nuts (to mount the surface mount cover to the corpus) - Four M4 nuts (to mount the strain relief)
