Cord Lock
thingiverse
Cord Lock Made to work with a ballpoint pen spring, any small spring diameter up to 5 mm works just fine. V2 handles spring diameters from 5.1 mm to 8 mm and has a more compact body. Printing nicely at 30% speed with 0.2 mm layers is the way to go for this model. 20% speed is best when printing individual pieces. A 5 mm bit was used to clean out small holes, while an 8 mm bit worked well on the button hole. For inside access, a small screwdriver did the trick. Emery cloth made quick work of the button. A little glue at the base keeps everything in place.
