To run a cord or cable through furniture, use a 1 1/2" hole saw to cut a hole. Slide the cable through and insert the hole-plug's two halves to conceal edges. Ideal for Ikea furniture; the small flange hides the hole and any scratches from the hole saw. Print the parts with the top flat surface down, then assemble and tap in place using a rubber mallet or book and light tapping.
