Corbel concrete form
thingiverse
A mould for the production of corbels to support an overhanging architectural feature.Print both halves, clamp them together, add extra forms where needed, and pour concrete in-situ or as separate pieces.Designed with draft angles. Print with 0 bottom layers and light infill and then use a low shrink or expanding filler to add strength if you intend to reuse the mould repeatedly. The attached renders show the intended final form of the corbel. The rectangular features at the top and bottom of the second render would be produced using conventional box formwork, in conjunction with the printed part. I chose not to print those parts of the form due to size constraints on my machine.
