Corbeau Bretonnian Peasant Archer
thingiverse
The fifth installment of this project centers on peasants gathered by knights, forced to fight and ultimately die on the battlefield as a reward for their unwavering loyalty. After three weeks of tireless effort, I've finalized a viable model that I'm excited to share with you. This particular design boasts flexibility in its arms and head, ensuring a comfortable fit. The bow is proportionate and prints smoothly, while the headless body can be positioned facing either direction due to its versatile leg orientation. To achieve the perfect alignment of arms with torso, I carefully melt plastic, pressing them together before applying glue. This technique allows for a subtle yet significant adjustment in the axis of the bow. The belt, although not an integral part of the model, is a clever touch added by melting a small piece of PLA using an hairdryer and then gluing it into place.
