These are replacement copy rings for the Makita Router RT0700. They come in a range of sizes, from 7 mm to 30 mm, increasing by 1 mm increments. One size is notably absent: the ring designed for a 9 mm router bit. A key detail to note is that the inner diameter of each ring is approximately 3.5 mm smaller than its outer diameter. It's possible these copy rings might be compatible with other routers as well. To lay them flat, simply turn the rings 90 degrees.
