Copic Ciao Pen endcap for labeling

My government wanted to label their "Copic Ciao" pens to be able to distinguish between the very similar shades. The end caps of the pens are quite unfortunate, slightly round and with holes (decoration). Looks great, but is impractical. So I printed end caps with a flat top which are pressed onto the Copic caps and where you can write on the pens with a DYMO, for example. The whole thing has been developed on 10.5mm width so that the caps sit well and firmly and do not fall off by themselves. Printing time approx. 4 minutes per cap at 5% infill and PLA. It is ideal to use a smooth print bed to have a flat adhesive surface. My government is happy - Happy Wife, Happy Life. - - - - - - - - Meine Regierung wollte Ihre "Copic Ciao" Stifte beschriften um die einzelnen doch sehr ähnlichen Farbtöne auseinander halten zu können. Die Endkappen der Stifte sind recht unglücklich gehalten, leicht rund und mit Löchern (Deko). Sieht toll aus, aber ist unpraktisch. Also habe ich Endkappen mit einer Flachen Oberseite gedruckt welche mit Druck auf die Copic Kappen gedrückt werden und wo man z.b. mit einem DYMO die Stifte passend beschriften kann. Das ganze ist auf 10.5mm breite entwickelt worden damit die Kappen gut und fest sitzen und nicht von allein abfallen. Druckzeit ca 4 Minuten pro Kappe bei 5% infill und PLA. Ideal ist es ein Glattes Druckbett zu verwenden um auch eine flache Klebefläche zu haben. Meine Regierung ist zufrieden - Happy Wife, Happy Life.
