Copco Replacement Cap

Not sure why STL file is missing with main photos, but it can be found in "Thing Files" tab below photos/above this summary text. We have three Copco Hydra Bottles whose caps have all broken after screwing them apart halfway to get ice inside. I contacted the Copco company, but they do not provide replacement caps, so I built one myself. To create a liquid-tight seal, you must cut a 1-1/8" hole out of a juice box container and push it into the cap. Without this modification, the cap will leak when shaken. I used a 59oz orange juice box, not children's lunch juice boxes, and it works great. The bumps on the side are designed for better grip. Print the design upside down. No supports are needed.
