An iPad stand featuring compatibility in portrait and landscape modes with or without Smart Cover. This revised Cool Wave Stand, the second iteration, has been improved by reducing plastic usage, slicing efficiently, avoiding non-manifold geometry, and ensuring flexibility to return to shape if warped during use. The initial version faced issues with warping due to a solid base on an Ultimaker printer in PLA. The design's unique feature is its wave-like base inspired by the mathematical function "Cos[x] + 1 / (x^2/60 + 1)" for x, -7/Pi, 7 / Pi. Creation of this model involved using Mathematica for curve plotting and exporting to DXF format, followed by further work in Bonzai3D.
