Tired of your teensy Creality hotend's heatsink not even being given a chance to control the melt zone by having the HSF blow air at it from centimeters away, instead of shrouded through it, cooking the heatbreak, and causing clogs? Edges of overhangs curling and strands sagging off the bottoms of bridges? Looking for a simple, tuneable, light-weight cooling solution? I really liked supasorn's simple dual-blower cooler design, and when he made it modular with interchangeable ducts I had to adapt it to other machines. Instead of a separate over-the-fan bolt-on, I stuck the ducts to the sides of a heat sink fan Shroud. Install is simple and clean clean, and with a pair of new 5015s that push some actual CFM this thing really blows (I didn't realize how badly the original blower fan performed until I replaced it)! Enjoy! Included ducts are designed to be used with CReality style hotends, and a pair of 5015 (12V ~.15A-.35A) blower fans. You can swap from wide-angle ducts to focused cooling in seconds, even mid-print, or run a combination of the two, and make sure to check out the original design (which should be linked on the left there) for instructions on how to modify the ducts to your needs using Fusion 360 and the included source file.
