<p>A snap-on VESA 100x100mm holder for the CooliPi 4B CASE.</p> <p>A CooliPi 4B CASE holder with cable management for the Raspberry Pi 4 model B computer.<br/> See more info at www.coolipi.com<br/> Shop at www.sensoreq.com</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>This is a VESA 100x100mm holder for a <strong>Raspberry Pi model B case</strong> named CooliPi 4B CASE, for use with a real aluminium heatsink sold by www.sensoreq.com</p> <p>CLIPS retain the case in place.<br/> V-shaped supports hold cables (USB-C, HDMI, TRRS 3.5 jack).</p> <p>If you have a <strong>Prusa i3 MK3/S, 0.4mm nozzle diameter</strong>, you can use the gcode directly. Print material PETG. Not tested with other materials. The case was exported with 15% fill, CLIPS were with 100% fill.</p> <p>You may use the 3mf project and change any other print parameters, including material, but be aware of the scale factor - thermal contraction may be different.</p> <p><strong>The parts are increased by 0.3%</strong> in slicer because of thermal contraction of PETG after cooling. Fine tune yours, but it's not critical.</p> <p>In other words, gcode has the <strong>0.3% increase in it</strong>.<br/> The 3mf project has the <strong>0.3%</strong> increase set for this part.<br/> Source STL files are in <strong>nominal</strong> dimensions.</p> <p>Print orientation is visible on the pictures. No supports needed.</p> <p>This is to be used only with a CooliPi 4B aluminium heatsink from <strong>www.sensoreq.com</strong>, and a cooler case <strong>CooliPi 4B</strong>. You can print a mockup of the heatsink first, to evaluate its size and aesthetic.
