<p>Cooler case for a Raspberry Pi 4 model B. To be used only with an anodised aluminium heatsink sold by www.sensoreq.com.</p> <p>You can print a CooliPi 4B heatsink MOCKUP of the heatsink and evaluate the sheer size and aesthetic of the set. It's in the Coolipi 4B collection.<br/> See more info at www.coolipi.com<br/> Shop at www.sensoreq.com</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>This is a <strong>Raspberry Pi model B</strong> case named <strong>CooliPi 4B CASE</strong>, for use with a real aluminium heatsink sold by www.sensoreq.com</p> <p>The VESA 100x100mm stand under the case is in another set, see our collection.</p> <p>If you have <strong>Prusa i3 MK3/S, 0.4mm nozzle diameter</strong>, you can use the gcode directly. Print material PETG. Not tested with other materials. The case was exported with 15% fill, covers were with 100% fill.</p> <p>You may use the 3mf project and change any other print parameters, including material, but be aware of the scale factor - thermal contraction may be different.</p> <p><strong>The parts are increased by 0.3%</strong> in slicer because of thermal contraction of PETG after cooling. Fine tune yours. If you print it a <strong>bit bigger, no problem</strong>. The real aluminium heatsink has 87x66mm base, it must fit into a 87.4x66.4mm frame cutout in the case. 0.4mm is reserved in each direction, but try to print with the closest scale possible. 0.3% was ok for PETG for us.</p> <p>In other words, gcode has the <strong>0.3%</strong> increase in it.<br/> The 3mf project has the <strong>0.3%</strong> increase set for this part.<br/> Source STL files are in <strong>nominal</strong> dimensions.</p> <p>Print orientation is visible on the pictures. No supports needed.</p> <p>This is to be used only with a CooliPi 4B aluminium heatsink from <strong>www.sensoreq.com</strong>, or you can <strong>print a mockup of that heatsink first</strong>, to evaluate its size and aesthetic.
