Cooling Ring for Hotend V9 (Orca)
thingiverse
I have completed constructing my cooling ring for the V9 Hotend on my Orca v0.30 (Mendel-Parts) printer. However, some minor adjustments are still required, and I haven't personally tested it yet. A new version has been uploaded! Regarding the lower part, it can be printed without modifications. Nonetheless, do not slice the lower part with Slic3r; instead, use Skeinforge. The upper part necessitates redesigning to accommodate your desired fan. Excitingly, a new version is now available, featuring bigger holes at the bottom and a higher ring by 1mm. Additionally, I've included a comparison photo illustrating the difference in printing the top part once without and with cooling (printed at 30mm/s).
