This part optimizes hotend fan and mounts on part cooling fans of UlTi Steel to achieve superior restricted air flow.\r\nThe design of the front panel is loosely inspired by Elektrolenin's model of a front fan cover, with modifications to suit my specific needs.\r\n\r\nI designed this in Fusion 360, and it should be printed using high-temperature materials like ABS or PETG for optimal results.\r\n\r\nThere are multiple models available, each tailored to different cooling fan mount points (my own setup had only a 1mm gap from the "ears" to the upper panel), as well as "1mm up" versions that provide better clearance for the nozzle if required.
