Cooling fan shroud for Folger Tech FT-5 stock hot end

This is for the Folger Tech FT-5 3D printer's standard hot end. Many cooling fan shrouds don't fit well or are designed for E3D hot ends, causing problems. The ones I've tried either protrude too closely and get damaged by heat, or hang below the nozzle and knock over printed parts. To print this shroud successfully, stand it upright so that its side view resembles a wine glass. This will allow you to print without any supports. Adjust the throat's height in the large aluminum block so that the nozzle is just beneath the shroud. The heater core and thermistor wires should exit from the left when viewed from the front, where the LCD panel is located. You'll need to use the fan bracket from this project: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1856623, in order to mount it properly.
