Replace broken extruder cooling fan blades on Replicator 3D printers with 3D-printed ones. Carefully remove the damaged fan, grind away remaining parts, ensuring a smooth barrel surface. Download STL file for 3D printing a replacement flange with nine blades. Attach the new flange to the blade-less motor housing without glue. Test successfully; use as an experimental alternative while waiting for new replacement fans. Fits common 24V cooling fans (e.g., FONSONING FSY40S24M) in front of aluminum heat sinks. Power off printer during this process.
