This air cooling nozzle for a 40 mm fan provides effective cooling for printing areas, with all necessary preparations already made for printing - no need for "netfabbing." The nozzle simply clicks onto the bracket holding the printhead. Since single and dual head versions utilize the same bracket, this adapter fits perfectly for both configurations without requiring additional support. The prototype shown in the photo is from an earlier version of the design; however minor changes were made - these include increasing the overlap of the exit nozzle, adding a clip for the power cable, and a few more refinements. Due to the relatively insignificant nature of these adjustments, it's expected that this model will work just as intended. To use, simply print and mount onto your printer - there are holes for securing the fan in place. It's highly recommended to power the cooling system in parallel with the printhead's primary fan; there's a small notch designed specifically for securing the power cable.
