Upgrade your Wanhao Duplicator 4, the Chinese version of Replicator 2X, with these cooling system fans that enhance print quality. Previously, bridges and overhangs were difficult to print, but now it's easier with these fans in place. No printed elements are needed for installation. Also included is a small (4 cm) bridge test model for before/after comparison. This solution worked for me, so I hope it works for you too. To install the fans, use 120mm x 120mm 12V DC fans (x2), M3 bolts (x2), M3 nuts (x2), and zip ties (x2). Mount the fans on the front panel of your machine using the nuts & bolts through two of the top panel's holes. Secure the fans side by side with zip ties between their walls. Lastly, connect a proper 12V DC power supply to feed the fans and experience the improved print quality.
