Compared to the original design, two major enhancements stand out: a) The redesigned fan duct features a dual-channel cross-flow layout, guaranteeing that cool air envelops the nozzle from all sides, rather than solely coming from one direction. b) The total airflow generated by the original fan nearly triples, providing you with a broader range of operating flexibility between 15 and 100% fan speed settings. Please note: Position the tip of your nozzle precisely less than 2.0 mm below the bottom of the cooling duct to ensure optimal airflow. If necessary adjustments are required, use the screws located behind the metal Orca cover to fine-tune the extruder height.
