After researching online to troubleshoot some print quality issues I've been experiencing with my Monoprice Maker Select (Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2.1), I concluded that they might be caused by inadequate cooling. My attempts to find suitable designs on Thingiverse for my printer failed, as most options used a 60mm fan or blower, neither of which I had available. This design utilizes the stock screws and 40mm cooling fan, but it still needs refinement, so the screw holes aren't very robust yet. Don't force the screws, or you might split your print. If necessary, ream the holes a bit and avoid over-tightening the screws. The picture of my printed duct was taken after I used it for 30 minutes to print the cable chain link. I noticed no signs of melting or distortion from the heat of the extruder. I printed this at low quality settings since I was eager to give it a try. This design is far from perfect and not the final version yet. I've never attempted a part like this, and it's my first time using Fusion 360. At this point, I lack the skill, talent, experience, and knowledge to get the design I want into the software, so I'll be improving this as my skills progress. Update: As requested, I uploaded a version suitable for a 50mm fan on January 10th, 2017. WARNING: Please check your fan bracket's screw spacing before printing this. This design only fits brackets with a spacing of approximately 30mm. I tested the original parts and printed them as shown without supports. The 50mm version is untested. It may not print as oriented or without supports, the part might not be level with the print bed, and I didn't have a 50mm fan to get measurements from, so I just did a Google search and winged it.
