I made a new version of the fan duct for cooling my E3D Hot End, based on the one designed by euphy that's available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:120249. My original duct had a problem - it got too close to the heat source and melted at some point. To fix this issue, I modified its design so it stays safely far away from the heat source now. This setup works perfectly with Greg's Wade extruder on my Prusa i3 printer. Try it out. You'll need screws to attach your 30mm and 40mm fans or use M3 bolts like I did. No nuts are required in this design.
