Cooling Fan Duct for CTC Printer (MK8 Extruder)

Cooling Fan Duct for CTC Printer (MK8 Extruder)

After fine-tuning my printer, I realized that the cooling duct I was using to cool the print was subpar, so I designed my own, along with a bracket to secure it onto the MK8 extruder. This innovative bracket also replaces the two nylon spacers situated between the fan and heat sink. Two distinct fan ducts are included in this design - one is 10mm longer than the other. The version fitted on my printer in the photo is the extended version. This custom fan duct and bracket are specifically designed for the CTC i3 Pro B, but it may also fit other printers. Although I didn't simply remix an existing design, some creative inspiration was drawn from a previous fan duct and bracket that I used.
